Four things that speed the job up
None of it’s essential. It just means we turn up with the right parts instead of the right questions.
- Make and model of the machine
- What it’s doing, or not doing
- Where it’s sitting right now
- Rego, serial or fleet number
Common questions
The things people ring and ask
If yours isn’t here, ring and ask. It’s quicker than reading.
What it costs
Nothing starts until you have the number for your job. Ring us on 0477 295 311 and you’ll get it.
Opening hours
Mon to Fri 7:30am to 5pm, and Sat 8am to 12pm. Outside those hours, send the details through and we’ll come back to you.
How far out do you travel?
Perth metro and out through the Wheatbelt, with jobs as far as Wagin, Dalyellup, Albany and Kalgoorlie. Further out, ring and ask.
How soon can you get to a breakdown?
Ring and tell us where it is and what it’s doing. You get a straight answer on whether we can get to it, and when.
Do you work on cars as well as trucks?
Yes. Cars, utes and European vehicles, alongside trucks, plant, farm machinery and forklifts.
Can you do it at our depot?
Yes. The utes are mobile workshops, so most work happens at your depot, yard or site. Bench work comes back to the Gnangara yard.
What do you need from me?
Make and model, what it’s doing, where it’s sitting, and the rego or fleet number if you have it.
Will I know the cost before you start?
We talk you through the cost before we start, and if we think a machine isn’t worth fixing we’ll say so.
